Cedar Crest Athletics Media & Photography Access Policy
To maintain a safe environment for student-athletes, minimize sideline distractions, and manage liability, access to team sidelines, field levels, and court floors during Cedar Crest High School home athletic events is strictly restricted.
In accordance with Lancaster-Lebanon League guidelines, unofficial individuals, personal single-player photographers, and non-credentialed spectators will not be permitted field or court access.
Authorized Access Categories
- Credentialed Media: Working representatives from accredited media outlets (newspapers, television, recognized sports media) holding valid professional credentials. Photogs in this group DO NOT need to complete form and request access. Showing credentials to game personnel will be valid. You can still reach out to the AD to notify of attendance.
- Pre-Approved Photographers: Individuals who have completed the registration process and received explicit prior approval from the Cedar Crest Athletic Director.

Submission & Approval Process
Please send the above details via email to the Athletic Office for review. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Approved photographers must check in upon arrival and display their issued credentials at all times while in designated photography areas.
