The CC Athletic Training staff, along with Dr. Yocum, are planning to host physicals at the end of May and July for this coming sports season. Signups for physicals will be done through Microsoft Booking. Follow the link below to the Booking Page to set up a physical appointment. There are instructions outlined below that are also on the Booking Page. Please select “Read More” under PIAA Physical Sign Ups once on the Booking Page. You must be logged into your student’s Microsoft account to access the Booking Page. The cost for the physicals is $15 cash or check accepted at the door. Booking Page Instructions: Use the calendar to sign up for an open time slot for a PIAA athletic physical. Click the arrows to advance the calendar to May 29th or July 31st. There will be 4 open appointments per time slot and then the time will no longer be available for selection.
